I just did the stretch routine this morning and I did the Slim & 6 pack ab routine this evening - OMG it kicked my BUTT... well actually my abs - but you get the picture! :D Not bad for my bonus day!

My exercise a day is down by 22 min at least for the rest of this week :(. Doc said to cut out one of the walking videos a day for at least this week. My knee is bothering me. I make up for the time with more upper body exercise to keep the time the same :)

Here is mine again
It is the same every day and I have stuck with it since September 15th
Mon-Friday walk 2.0 mph on 1.5 incline on my treadmill 20 min per day Tu-Thu-Sat lift free weights for upper body toning and strength up to 2 sets of 10 reps each holding 5 lb weight in each hand Mon-Wed-Fri Pilates Ab and Lower Body on my half hour lunch break Other: painting and wallpapering kitchen and bathroom. Goal: Thanksgiving! And, other housework, grocery shopping etc. I count exercise points and I have averaged 43 per week for the past month. :carrot::carrot::carrot::carrot::carrot: |
Having a rough weekend so far. i got some really bad news about my best friend on Friday - and weighed in +.4. Dealing with the fact that I'm not going to hit my Turkey Day goal ugh. :mad: So I had a complete "F*ck it" attitude on Friday and totally killed any plan I had... but I'm regrouping now...and probably over compensated today.
