Happy Halloween everyone! Tomorrow is the start of a new month and, of course, a new challenge! I bypassed my October goal of 600 mins by 40 mins. So this month, I'm doubling it up, shooting for 1200 mins.
Ok, here is my schedule for the week (for the month too)
Monday - Curves (30 min) and Water Aerobics (Easy Does it class 45 min.)
Tuesday - Aqua Yoga class (30 min.) and Tae Kwon Do (45 min.)
Wednesday - Curves (30 min.) and Aqua Arthritis (45 min.)
Thursday - Aqua Yoga (30 min.) and Tae Kwon Do (45 min.)
Friday - Curves (30 min.) and Aqua Arthritis (30 min.)
Saturday - Curves (30 min.)
Sunday - whatever I feel like doing that isn't scheduled. I try to take Sunday pretty much off though. I need a break at least one day per week.
I like doing Curves and the water stuff because the water stuff seems to work all the same muscles but in a different way. Probably some other muscles that curves doesn't work too. And Tae Kwon Do is totally different from either one of the other two. I really get a lower body workout with tae kwon do! Upper body too, but not to the same extent.
The only other thing I am doing is a weight lifting routine at home, using dumbbells, every other day, full body. Very low key though. I only use 2 lb dumbbells for right now. Once or twice a week I play with my resistance bands too.
I am trying not to overdo it, as I am just now getting back into exercise after a knee surgery. Prior to that I wasn't doing much cause my knee was hurting way too much. I was on crutches for 6 weeks and have only been off them now for two. I also have fibromyalgia so I can't overdo it anyway.
I have found that the water aerobics classes are wonderful!!

my goal for the month is 1500 mins. I will really need to stay on track to reach that goal...but knowing that I have to remain accountable on this thread is a huge motivation for me. Sooo...

Ok.. I'm a few days late I started Slim in 6 on the 1st - and I'm loving it!
My goal is to stick with it and do the first 5 weeks of it this month. (6 times a week) It's a total of 1236 mins for the first 5 weeks, it increases every two weeks: 25 mins/day week 1 & 2, 48 mins/day week 3 & 4, 60 mins/day week 5 & 6.
There's also some bonus videos that I may do on the 7th day... but I'm not including them in my goals, I'll just post them.
