I am down 5 pounds and if my eating had been a bit better it could be more but I am happy with the 5. You girls are all doing great. Keep it up. I had to stop exercising because of medical issues. I came home from the hospital yesterday. I was dangerously anemic, and had to have a blood transfusion. I am still very weak. So I won't be able to join you in the August challenge, but I will begin exercising again when I am strong enough.
