Hi ladiesssssssssss, came in for a quick post because the humidity is alreadyyyy getting to me up here. Hope you had a great weekend and bravo to all for the awesome work and sticking with it. 2 days left, it sure did go by fast.

July 7 - 40 minutes (swimming-laps and some aqsz)
July 8 - 60 minutes (aerobics-30 min., walk-30min. tm)
July 9 - 40 minutes (walk-tm)
July10 - 75 minutes (aerobics-30min., walk-45 min. tm-2 sess. 20+25min.)
July11 - 75 minutes (swimming, laps + aqsz-45min., walk-30min. o.d)
July12 - 65 minutes (swimming, laps-35min., aqsz.-30)

July13 - 30 minutes (swim laps)
July14 - rest
July15- 75 minutes ( swim laps-40min., sess.2, aqsz-35min.)

July10: rest....lots of excuses...none of them very good!

July13: 40 min Turbo Sculpt, 30 min bike ride, 45 min walk

July16: 60 min walk, 30 min bike

I have moved more this month, than I think I have ever moved!!! This thread has been such a motivation for me, I tallied 1560 minutes and I have shed 8.25 inches!!...thanks ladies....see you in August.

Dea that is great! Well I finished up at 2090 minutes of walking this month! 104.5 miles of walking!

I am down 5 pounds and if my eating had been a bit better it could be more but I am happy with the 5.

You girls are all doing great. Keep it up. I had to stop exercising because of medical issues. I came home from the hospital yesterday. I was dangerously anemic, and had to have a blood transfusion. I am still very weak. So I won't be able to join you in the August challenge, but I will begin exercising again when I am strong enough.
