It takes me 60 min to walk it....but I have been jogging 1 km of that in the middle, so I have tacked on an extra block at the end to increase the minutes. It's amazing to think that when I started this, I couldn't jog to the end of my street...and now I am jogging 1 km. My dh is training for a 1/2 marathon in October, so I think he was very impressed with my progress. |

Well I took a shower and got dressed , put my shoes on and then I felt like I just HAD to go for a walk! lol (I was planning on a break today since none on sunday. ) 50 minutes and since I met my goal of 1500 minutes, I reset my ticker for a 2000 minute goal! Yeah!!!
