Nikki-i dont know how you do it! ive tried and the low carb thing just does not work for me! so i admire your strength!! im glad the whip cream held you over!!
Im doin pretty good. i ate about one hundred more cals than i was suppposed to last night. and only because i was trying to get all the cals in and was trying to stay away from fat. so i ended up eating a few more. im not too stressed though, i was on track the whole day and i guess i overcompensated a bit. i'm still at 209 today, kinda bummed about that, but its ok, i know i cant lose everyday.
all this talk about weight watchers is making me want to do it too. but im broke too, ill have to do some more research on it before i start (if i do). and i dont really have the time right now. my test is tomorrow, so most of my time is devoted to that.....IM SOOOO NERVOUS!! ive been so stressed about it, plus i think pms is kickin in on top of that...YUCK! oh well, ill survive.
eevey - hope you are holding up over there - I can't imagine what you are going thru, but always remember we are always here to listen!
Nikki - nice job working thru that craving without going overboard! When I did atkins I always had sugar free jello around, it was one of the things that helped me get thru it.
angeleyes - whats your test for? You may have already said, but I cannot remember. I got all my points stuff for free from a friend who was doing weight watchers - if it wasn't for that I wouldn't be doing it. I have a hard time with the idea of PAYING to lose weight, maybe one day I actually will. You should totally post your calories for the end of your, just because we aren't all doing the same plan doesn't mean we can't support eachother
Well today I am meeting with the District Manager to talk about possible locations for my new position (Assistant Cosmetics Manager), I am hoping I won't be going TOO far! We'll see. Well gals, I am off to shower and make food for work, ttyl!
Do you guys exercise when you feel like you are getting sick?
I feel like I should because I will prob be too sick tomorrow to do it, but on the other hand I feel like I shouldn't cuz it might be too much and make me sicker?
So all went well today. The district manager met me, did a mini interview and decided that yah I should be promoted. He had the final say of course, so that was good. And then they decided which store I would go to for my training. I am going to the store my boyfriend is at - he's transfering back to where I am now. It's always too good to be true to work so close to home. I will be getting TONS of gratis (aka swag, free stuff), so that will actually be quite exciting for me. I love free product - especially cosmetics!!
I stayed on plan today as well, I just need to figure out all my points. But I might be right on for today! woohoo!
Wow.. I can't believe I'm a manager!!! That sure happened fast..
So my points for today? 30. I don't know why I'm consistantly UP 2 points a day!! Grrrr, I mean it's fine with the flex points and all, but I'd prefer to be down for a bbq I'm attending on Sunday.
I ended up exercising last night. I dunno if I feel better or worse yet today, the sore throat is gone a bit but my tummy hurts - I need to go to work today though because it is my bosses last day working in office (she is moving to victoria and working from home) - so we are going out for lunch and I dont wanna miss it.
As for my points yesterday, they were 20 - so 2 less. But I need the need for a big latte this morning, so I think today will be a bit over, haha
Courtnie - I am just finishing a latte, I am just having a small one though. I also got the Starbucks low fat breakfast sandwich - it's dry, not so good. I used ketchup on it, and that was the only way I got thru it. But it was the best choice for the place!

My goodness - I am still shocked. This is going to be a big change in my life, in mine and Josh's life. I suppose it'll feel more real the closer it gets, heh.
Aimee - I had a VENTI latte! haha but it was only 3 points - we are going for Thai for lunch, I am thinking of getting a rice noodle soup with seafood - it cant be that bad for me, but I have NO idea on points!
Hey everyone! TOM came last night which means I was totally right about the reason I was eating so screwy last week. I've been very PMSy and grumpy today and everything is pissing me off. Always the first day. *rolls eyes*
I just thought I would make my weight in a bit more official - since we aren't doing the meetings.
So weight in (do I say this is week 1? lol) - 163.6
Dinner changed, so I dont think I have to use any flex points again today! If I do it shouldnt be as many as I thought - I dunno dunno if today is really right as I had to do some guessing on points, but I did some research as well - so I hope its not off.
I didn't exercise this morning, but i am going to try and do a bit tonight - try and keep it around 30min, I always say that then I do way more - but I dont wanna push myself too much cuz i dont wanna get too sick!
So true Courtnie, TOM sucks majorly! But I'm semi back to normal today. Not as pissy. Ate ALL fast food yesterday which was actually fine since Friday is my cheat day anyway. Back on track today.
