this weekend wasn't as good as I hoped, but I don't think I used all my flex points - well maybe pretty close, but better then going over I guess.

On Friday a friend called me from Lululemon saying he found the limited edition hoddie I really like, but they had it one size small and one size bigger, I asked him to get me the one size smaller... anyway I just tried it on and it fits! Given it is a bit tighter then a hoodie should be, but I can get it zipped up! I am so happy, its sooo cute!

Hi everyone! Sorry I've been MIA, trying to settle into the new job and all. Hopefully I will be getting my computer fixed within the next two weeks so I can be able to be online more often. So after TOM decided to show up last week, I've blown up about 4 lbs. No biggie. Ya, I said no biggie. Life has been hectic anyway and I can't sit here and say I've been OP. But I just turned 21 Sunday and this is a new start. I'm a big kid now and I got to get my **** together. August is officially Shari's month, yall. It's my month to get my WL plans back on track, get my bills in order, and treat myself because **** yeah I deserve it!

JasonLea-Happy Belated Birthday. Good job on taking time for you.


I have exciting news. I ordered a fairy costume to wear to the Rennaisance faire. I ordered a medium thinking maybe I could squeeze into it. Well I got it yesterday and had to return it for a small. Also, I managed to maintain this week despite the initial gain after my 4 days off Atkins. I lost 5 lbs in July and hope to lose 5 in August too.

Scale was up 1.6 pounds today, I don't wanna move it up *cries* I didn't even eat that bad... I really don't think I earned that gain! But its been up two weeks in a row

Maybe I need to start weighing on Sunday's or Monday's to help try and keep me on track during the weekend? I don't even fall that far off track, not lately, argh, anyway I am done ranting.

I've definitely fallen off the wagon, it could be WAY worse, but I've just gotten a little tired of counting points, watching everything I eat, all this dieting stuff! But I am not happy where I am, it's feeling pretty far from 199 - which is not giving me a ton of motivation. So if anyone wants to bottle up their motivation please send it my way!!!

Rosario - uhm, totally!! I honestly believe that Spencer is a jerk - but at the same time I think it's all about publicity for the upcoming season. Lauren looks AMAZING, you can totally see the weight loss! 1 week until the season begins here! Congrats on the weight loss!

I did a workout in hopes of motivating me - hopefully I'll keep them up! I recently found one of my friends again (we'd lost touch), and she now lives super close by... she was my friend who I would go for walks/runs with.. so I'm sure we'll take that up again, she asked me last night if I was still game for going for walks/runs. Obviously I am..

so yah, I dunno... I feel so close to giving up, argh

I hope to make this week not too bad, I have lots of fresh veggies and fruit that needs to be eaten by Friday and I HATE throwing food away - so that should help

Saturday we leave for Toronto for a week, I know it will be back, but I sware, when we come back I am going to be 100% back on track and get back to exercising.

Hey ladies!
I've been a little MIA lately too. I've had family in town and graveyard pretty much kicks my butt otherwise.
I'm on track with my points and I've started a gradual walking/running schedule which is going pretty well, I think I might even be losing a little, I can't really say until next week. I will be thrilled if I can leave August in the 245lbs range.

Shari-Happy Belated Birthday! And congrats on the loss!

Aimee-One thing that helps me stay motivated it to just look at the 5lbs in front of me, you know? It's way easier to think about small attainable goals than a big number (for me) to lose. Good for you for connecting with an old exercise buddy! That will make working out so much more fun!

Courtnie- You have come so far. Look at all your progress girl! History proves that this is a fight you are winning! Keep at it!

Nikki- Woo hoo on the costume. I love that feeling!

Rosario- Way to go on the loss! That is great!

Alright, I'm going to get some more sleep even though it makes me terribly upset to have to sleep during all this sunshine!
