For people that get bored with their excersize routines i was flipping through the channels and i happened to find a channel called fit tv. I have direct tv so if you have direct tv its on channel 368 and its so fun because there are different workouts on there everyday. They will kick your butt!

EVERYONE is welcome! im so happy to have all of you aboard! We are here to support one another! just remember this is the easy part, we'll see how good we are doing on say....day 9..that's when it gets hard, then we will really need to pull togeather as a team...the most important part is to be honest with yourself and us..if you make a mistake..let us know..we will help...but if you lie..we can't..we've all got got 1 1/2 days to prep for the challange...MAKE IT COUNT!

i just turned on 368, I didnt know we had workout channels from directtv. This is awesome!!

I know this has nothing to do with the challenge but Im on Jenny, and I had my very first weight in today Im down 4 lbs.. Sorry Im just soo happy

I have fittv also, channle 109 here Charter comm. I love Cathy F. I can't get to the end of any of her workouts...but i will in these 14 days...the Imax 2 is the one i want to get threw.

We have fittv...and Time Warner has fittv on demand....many exercise videos whenever I want. Such a great thing!

To prepare I made notecards to carry in my purse to remind me what I'm doing and why I'm doing it. I'm ready for Thursday!

great idea with note cards decade! I have pictures of the clothing that i want to look great in and i have those in my little planner and around my house so i will start thinking about what i want my end goal to be and not think about food food food.

Getting ready to do a fittv workout right now hehe.

I'm in as well. I'm starting exams soon and i'm going on vacation on the first of July so i need to kick start my weightloss regime again. It's gonna be tough but i have to pledge to the following things:
1: No junk food AT ALL!!!
2: Exercise at least 1 hour 5 days a week
3: No eating after 7 pm
4: Chew very slowly (I never taste my food anymore...)

Wish me luck and i wish everyone the best of luck as well.

Yeah, I ate a snack while reading the paper again. Aaackk! I realized that's what I do-- whenever I eat, I read the paper. So, if I want to keep reading, I keep eating. So I'm not just sitting there. How awful! I need to stop that!

i'm doing a work out tape from fit-tv..i been taping cathe F. Ive got 3 episodes so far. Also i have a stair master i have to dust off, i have been using it as a clothes hanger for a year. Also I am watching TLC there is a show about obsity..Im not even thinking of eatting after this its called "brookhaven"
