  • Morning all! Full Steam, thanks for starting this challenge! You rock! My goal for May is 7 lbs. I lost 6 in April, so I want to bump it up a bit. I will weigh in on Sundays. Onward and downward, ladies!

    kittty, hi there, I am so happy to see you I am sorry to hear you had a hard time, it sure can be hard whilst away traveling, etc. Your back now, that's what counts! : ) Sounds to me like you gave those wagon wheels a good swift kick out of your way, right on! It's a fresh start now. I think your plan of going back to phase 1 is super as I think it works out very well for you! Even if you put some of it back or even all, it doesn't matter now.....your right back it, game on girl kick butt kitty

    sockmonkey, ty for sharing your encouraging words! : ) That is exactly how I felt and feel, to a T. Sometimes it just seemed so slow, it sure takes patience, but as you said it really adds up over time and you look back and say "wow" . Congratulations once again on your loss

    Well, I should get my tail moving. I have lot's to do today, later I am going to the grocery store to get what I need and maybe meet my mom at the plaza. The sun finally came out here and it feels so good. Maybe tomorrow I can catch some rays Have a super day ladies and a great first and successful day tomorrow! It's our new start and fresh month : )

  • I am in...my May challange is I want to lose at least 10 pounds! That would put me at 204 by May 31st, secretly I would love to break into ONEDERLAND on that date but I am not holding my breath! I will weight in on Tuesdays.
  • You can do it Soon to be Thin! It will go by faster than you think. I wasn't even being careful as I should last month, but I still made the 10 lbs...Just don't get hung up on any slip ups because in the long run they don't matter.

    I am actually having my celebration supper tonight so I have the whole month to work it off LOL...Some good Mexican will be my reward..I am ALLL for food rewards..Because if I tell myself I can't have it, then I want it even worse.
  • hey everyone, its a little late. my goal is 10-11 lbs this month and i think I can do it. I check my weight every Saturday mornings. I just started a new diet last week and lost 2 pounds, I am now 190 going for 160 pounds, hopefully, I can do it!

    WI was today so I can set my goal for May: 5 lbs. I'm pretty sure I'm going to lose more but if I tell myself that I only need to lose 5 lbs, I'll work harder and stress less for some reason. I'm weird.

    It's another nice sunny day here. Yesterday before dinner I got out for a walk and it felt great! I am fortunate to have the treadmill for those rainy days, etc. but nothing beats walking outdoors, I love it. Seeing as it's a nice day , I am planning to have my beef night tonight and take advantage of the grill! Tomorrow it will be rainy and a good day to cook my broiled haddock. I have so many spring projects to do around here, both indoors and out. All that spring cleaning I did mid March is but a distant memory now! lol Those domestic duties are never ending but at least most of theheavy stuff was done so it wont be as bad. When it gets warm out, the last thing I want to do is be indoors. Have to take advantage of that nice weather while we have it.

I plan on cranking down yet again this month, Memorial day weekend and the start of summer is well on its way.   • OK...I'VE SUBSCRIBED TO THIS THREAD!!! Had an awsome work out lastnight at the gym. 20 mins on the bike, and 10 on the eliptical trainer...Then a 10 min soak in the hot tub....AHHhhh so nice scale says 239 today, but with TOM, not sure how accurate, so Im keeping 236 and if i really am 239, well, im just going to have to work to lose those extra 3# for my goal!!!
  • Hello everyone um i havent even done my final weigh in for the month of april thread but whatever i didnt make it to 195 yet im still stuck at 197 i have an app and last time i went to the dr i weighed 211 so i know im not that anymore and that makes me smile

    im totally setting a small goal this time since im still 197 my goal is 190 to loose 7 pounds i know i can do that

    so happy to talk to u guys and maybe this time we can do some challenges and then post to see how we all did

  • So my WI was this morning and I'm down 5.8 lbs from last week. What a way to start off May. Hopefully I can continue the thread.

    I use to visit this site alot last year when I was doing WW. I did have success with WW, but all the weight I lost I have gained back ++ a little more anyways I have found it hard to get motivated lately to stick with a plan and exercise. Hopefully now the weather is nice I can finally do something! Anyways I top the scales at 184lbs, and I am hoping to loose
    10lbs this month. That would bring me to the 70's
    I am going to do my best to keep it all off this time!!!
