and then the weekend came and that was that. i gained about a pound back. but i will work hard to kick it back off this week. hows about the rest of ya's?

Default hey where the heck is everyone?? what happened to

our vacation challenge?
i've been up down and all over the place, stuck going up and down between 182-184. This week is tom for me, so it's been all over. mondays are my
'official' weigh in and i've finally seen a loss! yay! down to 180.2! My first mini goal is still to get below 180, but hopefully by next weigh in with tom over I'll see it!

Hey.. I want in on this great challenge I'm going to Disney World in July and I certainly would like there to be less of me there lol. I figure I have 2 whole months to work at it, but it's gonna be a struggle..just have to keep the will power up and no cheating..
So what's everyones game plan as to how they are going to lose weight? Any special diets...what kinds of exercise? For me, I'll probably follow the Fat Smash Diet for a while and then switch off to the basic watching what I'm eating and exercise (tapes, walks or the gym) everyday.

HI all!

I'm new to these parts and though I need to lose a good 35-(preferably) 40 pounds, my main goal is for our vacation to Ocean City in July. Last time we went I felt very uncomfortable in my skin and it made me realize just how much I had let myself go. So I started working out on April 18th, and have been running on the treadmill most days with weights and crunches every other day.

I know I'll make my goal weight, I'd love some support.

Glad to have found this place.

I'm going to FLA June 30th. I am the absolute heaviest that I have EVER been and I just joined WW last week (better late then never). Lost 4.2 Lbs so far, but I hear you on wanting to feel better by vaca.

Let's do it!

My vaca challenge goal is 20 Lbs by June 30.

I had to move my scale out of the bathroom to stop compulsively checking my weight like 10x a day.

It's safe in my closet now, close enough to do the bi-weekely checks but far enough away to stop those spontaneous, oh I'll just step on for a hoot.

For now, I've kicked up the exercise a notch (to quote Emeril) and I'm counting calories. AND for the most part, I try not to eat after 5pm.

So far, I'm liking the hard work.

I would definetely love to lose at least 10 lbs before the break, my whole goal is 30 pounds. I may be going to jamaica or the bahamas this summer and need to look very good. I am going to work on that, Im going to check my weight on saturday morning hoping to see that I lost some weight. I really need to get some excercise in too.

Default hey there all, how are you doing? I had a badddd

weekend, but toward the end and then yesterday I was super good, ramped up the exercise and am back on track for today! yay me! I saw a 2lb gain on the scale yesterday But, today when i hopped on they were gone. so, I will be extra good this week in hopes that they really stay gone!
