Ok, according to my food journal I did my walking running exercise on Thursday (or Tuesday? The day after Wednesday. Always mess it up!)- I am so confused at the moment, thank god I am writing it down!

And I did my strengthening exercises in the past days. 15- 20 Min each day :D

Mmmmh, doing exercises and liking it- strange things are going on

My report: 15 Min. strengthening exercises yesterday, 70 min Walking and running today (I ran/ jogged more than 25 Min)

Ok, itīs not the most vivid thread here....Just wanted to post that I did my exercises. I am now at 30 Min running three times a week and 15- 20 min strengthening exercises each day.

kate-great job...wish I could run for 30 min....keep up the great work..How did you start out with your running to build up your time?

as for me I finally made it to the gym on tuesday and I plan on going again tonight if I can get off work on time..

I have been getting in 3 mile walks (at NIGHT of course or I'd probably die of heat stroke). I'm doing it, just bad at reporting on it.

Harpo: To be honest: I am bad at reporting my exercises as well. But I am much more worse (??) at remembering if i exercised today, how long....Writing it in that thread helps me memorizing somehow. Ok, and I am a little proud....

dgpebbles Thank you! I actually started with walking. I walked to a nice road (not much hills, forrest around, not so hot) and then I ran for a time. If I couldnīt breathe anymore, I walked again. When feeling better: running.
I am still running slowly- all that extreme fit runners are outrunning me. I was always afraid about that (because of that "Haha, see that fat girl running" factor), but there was no rude comment until now.
The strangest thing is that i still walk at the beginning and the end. Not because of my fitness level, itīs just because there are certain people who are saying that I mustnīt run because I am overweight. I should walk- but i hate walking! So I am cheating a bit.....

Hi!

I completed my exercise week yesterday with running and walking.

I tried a new exercise regime yesterday night. Some fancy exercises I found in the new German issue of Shape....They are like "Oh my...."- I am just able to do half of the wanted repetions until I break down. But i am working on it!

I worked out really hard sunday on the weights and today I'm so sore I don't even want to move...hope I lossen up by tonight cause I plan to go to the gym....
