My award for 1 week completion: control over my cravings and weight loss
I'd love to be successful at this. I've never even tried to keep my binging under control, so here goes nothing! (Or, rather, everything... I've never understood that expression.) So far so good today...
Well, it's 7:30pm here in lovely Winnipeg,Mb.! And I don't feel a binge session coming on! That's a first for this week. If I can make it throughtne night I'll be happier than I've been for awhile! Is this challenge working....????? Maybe!!!
Yesterday was good.... Today I had a whole bag of popcorn but that's hardly a binge, and I had it to counteract a chocolate craving, so I count that as a success too. I'm doing better than I have in, like, 6 weeks!
Girls, it's so wierd how u get use to stasifying your cravings and then u have to stop. Tonight was hard because I was so hungry, so I ate chips. Wish me luck.
Today went well! I ate my good healthy meals and did not binge,I'm hungry as a bear right now but I'm going for a shower and off to bed.
Tomorrow is a brand new day, Let's do it girls!
