Whoops, there went today. I think I went into overkill exercise-wise, meaning my body was screaming for carbs and instead of normalizing slowly I dumped in as many cals as I could get my hands on. Well, I made it four days... That's an improvement at least!!

I've made it half way through the weekend. I bought my shorts and leggings anyway!

I've decided that if I get through today I'm going to buy myself Pink's new album! It's out on Monday, so I can't buy it before I've completed my "good week"

Doing ok so far - just had my breakfast! Oats, apple and cottage cheese - I'm stuffed to bursting, but with healthy stuff! Hooray!

I will drag DF out for a run later - I think I will race him! I'll tell you who wins

for everyone - we CAN do this

Today's already lost too. I made muffins this afternoon and ate half the batch already (it made 18 BIG muffins). They're *relatively* healthy -- with carrots, oat flour, bran, etc -- but still. Not sure why I needed to eat so many besides the fact that they tasted good. Sigh. Well, again, tomorrow's another day...

The challenge is over, (but that does not mean we should go back to our overeating ways ) Yeah, congrats to all who made it through this long week .

Ok, I am finally ready to do this too. I have been putting off my health for a really long time. But it's time to step it up. No junk food for the week. My prize...a whole day of pampering myself...well, maybe not a whole day...but something.

We can do this!!!
