I've definitely binged on what most would consider healthy foods, as well. I just had a bad habit of wanting to stuff myself until my stomach can't take anymore, and healthy or unhealthy foods would do the trick for me.
There was one instance during my sophomore year of college where I snuck out about 8 regular-sized oranges from the dining hall and ate it all in one sitting! That was completely unnecessary. At least it's better than binging on unhealthy foods with no nutrients, more calories, and more fats, but I know I need to continue working on just not binging.
