Bread & rice (carb-high foods). I got rid of junk sweets pretty easily (since I'm more of a meats & wheats person than a sweets person anyway), but I crave bread so badly. It doesn't help that it smells so good!
I don't restrict any food, that drives me crazy and causes me to binge and sneak eat.
I found that I have better control when I eat three meals a day and don't snack in-between. I also cook completely from scratch, so there is never any junk in the house.
