I'm not sure if this is the right place to put this but, here goes..
I just now totally pigged out, and ruined my whole diet. I had eaten all I was supposed to have all day, and I was doing good, just drinking my christal light. I get so bored at home alone at night- my husband is at work, and my daughter is spending the night with my mother-in-law. Just a little while ago I started to feel snacky, not even really hungry, I just get bored really and reach for some food. This time I reached for an entire half a pack of oscar mayer cheese wieners. I didn't even think about what I was doing, it was just a habit reaction, I guess.
This is the point where I'm usually like "F-it" and just quit the whole thing.


Soon, you'll learn how to control your cravings and be able to pick something healthier to eat if you need to eat.
