I work in an office 5 days a week and i try to bring snacks like carrots and fruit to eat during the day but i always seem hungry. when i know i just had a snack but am still craving food i drink water which helps but by the time i get home i want to eat non stop because no one is there and everyone at work knows im on a diet... any good ideas for snacks that are healthy reasonable in cost and good with weight watchers??
