Insomniacs - Challenge
Hi,
I am an insomniac. I usually go to bed around 3am or 4am and I get up at 7:30... I have been doing this since I have been 16 years old or so - about 15years now. Even when I am exhausted, it is hard for me to sleep. A lot of it, I think, is just GOING TO BED and getting in a routine doing this. I realize how unhealthy this is.
So, if anyone else is like me, let me know if you're up for a challenge. This month my goal is to go to bed, with lights out at midnight every night. I did it last night and fell asleep around 1:30 or 2 I think. I felt great today. Headed of again tonight in a minute. I exercised a lot tonight, so that should help.
Also, if anyone has any helpful tips on how to get to sleep easier, please share.
