My cravings have always been sugary treats...
Lately, before I sit down for lunch or dinner, I prepare some fresh fruits, cut them up, choose a beautiful plate and arrange it nicely, so it looks all yummy and tasty! THINK BEAUTY!
This helps me because after I finish my meal, I would always think, I need sweets/desserts...
This way, when eating my beautiful fruits...I don't even need to get up from the table. My brain has time to get satisfied, and I don't crave the unhealthy stuff...It works for me!!!
Think I'll even go to Pier 1 and buy myself the prettiest little plates, just for my special fresh fruit desserts...to celebrate my new BIG achievment!
After all, you also eat with your eyes, so take the time to make it look pretty!
