Unhappy

I think it helps that my ex buys mint and other fruity flavors I'm not into. I tried the skinny cow and haven't really been tempted. Its the hagen daz ones that cause me problems. I won't go into to details, but its one flavor I have an issue with now that I think about it. I was a little turned off when I realized the hagen daz ones were basically eating 1/4 of a pint. That helped saying no a little easier.

I tried those mini Skinny Cow ice creams - they are great after 3 or 4....so I don't buy them anymore

This is just it, right? Because you would never eat the whole pizza in front of someone.. so being alone is what its all about. I need to find the internal willpower to step away from the pizza/cake/cookie whatever. I need to start thinking like Ive already lost it, instead of seeing the long road ahead.

this is all so me. And sometimes it takes days for the "all" part of all or nothing to subside.
