Default Yesterday was the last day

I've literally been on a 4 month binge (hence to why I've been gone for so long). Yesterday, I made myself so sick I was throwing up and on the toilet till 2am last night. Umm...yeah, I don't want to live my life like that anymore.

So today, July 30th is my first day of not binging. I managed to not gain all my weight back, so I'm getting back on track. Maybe if I spend all my free time here on the boards, I won't binge.

New day, new beginning.

Yay good for you, and since you're referring to yesterday as the last day, I'm glad you got out of that "one more meal!" cycle.

I am in exactly the same boat as you. I have literally put on 18 pounds in 6 days from nonstop bingeing. Sounds impossible, but not for me. I'm so tired of it that I think I reached the end of my rope with it and don't want to live like this anymore. Since we are both starting on being binge free on the same day, how about we stick together and keep each other on track!?!

Heck yes! Let's do it! Yesterday was really hard for me. Hoping today will be easier.

Well...so far so good...It's noon here and I haven't had any issues. Usually mine start when I eat my first meal and then don't stop after that. I'm glad you are getting back on track before you gain all your weight back. I have gained about 40 pound over the last two years (actually I gained the 40 in about 6 months and just haven't lost it) due to stresses of moving and getting divorced. my kids are doing very well, and now it is time for me to focus on me and being happier with myself instead of sabotaging myself with bingeing and then dietying again. It needs to be a lifestyle like it was when I lost over 100 pounds. I was so focused and determined that nothing got in my way. How is your day going so far?

The last few days have been tough. I've had a few "mini binges" as I call them. Like, I didn't eat enough to be a full binge, but I was definitely eating crap but I was able to stop myself before it got really bad. A half-victory I suppose...
