When I go to buffets or sushi boat places, the entire time I keep in mind "there is always a next time. I won't have it now, because I'll have it next time."
Stay strong Paris! You've come to far for a binge to bring you down. Find out what you're really craving, portion it out, just have that, and enjoy every bite of it! I've learned during my last binge (over a month ago!) That everything I scarfed down were things I wouldn't let myself have. Now, I enjoy everything but do my best to keep it in control.
I'm on Day 42! Despite having cravings early yesterday morning, I was great the rest of the day/night and to top it off - I ran 5.5 miles! My 10k is a week from sunday. Yikes!
