Default eek!! help!!

ugh I SO want to binge right now!!! So I just got back from spending 6 hours at the library. I packed a pb&j for lunch and of course snacks. I ate all that but I let way too much time elapse between my apple at 2 and my dinner at 5. I had a big piece of lasagna with a salad and glass of milk. Also had a klondike bar for dessert but now I'm sitting here hoping to get back to studying and all I can think about is FOOD. I'm stomach is physically full but now I just want to go to town.....whew Can't give in, can't give in!!

Well I did wind up eating more, but in controlled portions. At least I've made that change in order to ward off binges. Normally I'd just go for the box and finish the whole thing but I'm finally making myself get in the habit of pouring things into bowls and have that be the end of it. So def ate more than I probably needed but I'm not beating myself up about it...I avoided the binge in the end and that's all that mattered :-)
