I had been doing pretty well for a week or so. I don't think I binged during that time. But these past few days, I just want to eat everything in sight
Something rather nasty happened to the peanut butter, a trigger food for me, so in the trash it went. For about a week we didn't have any. Only good foods, and to be honest, I wasn't really interested in those either. No snacking. But as of three days ago, peanut butter and other trigger foods were brought back into the house. I'm have hidden the pb in the back pantry so it's not tempting me, but I don't know. Geez, I just feel like eating everything though! Help me
