180 Steps

  • That's how many steps it is "round-trip" from my desk at work to the restroom . . . lol

    I am finally drinking a healthy amount of water every day and was getting really frustrated with the extra trips to the bathroom during the day. MANY extra trips . . . until I stopped thinking of it as an inconvenience and started thinking of it in terms of exercise. Now every time I just think - 180 steps closer to my goal.

  • Good idea; I need to think that way. I remember when I was in shape during my last weight loss journey, I started taking the steps as much as possible and parking further away. It's amazing how much walking we can incorporate into our day if we try!
