Hi Everyone!
I was binge-free yesterday and am feeling great today! Sticking to 3 planned meals per day has REALLY helped me. The structure helps me differentiate between mind and body hunger.

That has to be really hard to eat such a restricted diet, especially since veggies and fruits are so healthy. I KNOW you are a strong and determined person and you WILL succeed in reorganizing you life, passing all exams AND kicking your binge-beast's hairy butt!

nursemichelle~sorry you're having a rough week! You CAN do this!!! I know how it is to work 7p-7a shifts...I did this for years. It's hard to get structure when your sleeping schedule is changing (when off I would stay awake during the day to coexist with most people)
