Hi Everyone!

I was binge-free yesterday and am feeling great today! Sticking to 3 planned meals per day has REALLY helped me. The structure helps me differentiate between mind and body hunger.

Kate~Sorry to hear about your fall off the wagon and your TMJ That has to be really hard to eat such a restricted diet, especially since veggies and fruits are so healthy. I KNOW you are a strong and determined person and you WILL succeed in reorganizing you life, passing all exams AND kicking your binge-beast's hairy butt!

Harpo~ THANK YOU sooooooo much for attempting to contact Ellis! I hope you're having a lovely binge-free and STRESS-free day!

Bikini Dreader~cute name! Congrats on not bingeing yesterday! I can definitely relate to having a hard time stopping eating when I get starving.

ravengirl~CONGRATS on being binge-free for over a week! WOOHOO! AND for doing so many other healthy things.....WTG! You must feel great to be treating your body so well!!!

nursemichelle~sorry you're having a rough week! You CAN do this!!! I know how it is to work 7p-7a shifts...I did this for years. It's hard to get structure when your sleeping schedule is changing (when off I would stay awake during the day to coexist with most people)
We're saving a spot for you on the binge-free wagon...come back!!!!

to everyone!!!!

Good morning everybody!

I stayed binge- free on Friday as well. Today is my weighing day, and I am more than happy that I lost 2,2 lb in the last week!
But have to be more careful next week: I tend to be skip the meals in the afternoon/ evening....Still searching the middle path...

Ravengirl: You are doing great! Congratulations!!

Elizabeth: Thanks for the encouragment!! Believe it or not, I already passed one quarter of the whole exam- procedure! But the most difficult things are a speech a have to give (about an essay I had to write) on 05/18 and the 6 written exams in August....
Congrats to your binge- free days! Are you still doing Atkins? Do you feel satisfied with three planned meals?

I hope everybody is having a great Saturday with some amout of binge- free time!

Kate

congrats on the weight loss kate!! very exciting. I had a binge free day yesterday too. I even had a treat at home (it was one of my roomate's that she has lying around). THere were more to be eaten but I was satisfied with just one! I was so proud of myself. I thought about eating another one but just for a second because I knew that would not make me happy.

This morning I did a tough work out and I'm on track.

Happy Saturday!

Congratulations on all you that are doing so well!! I am proud of myself as well. yesterday marked my 10th day Binge Free. I also have exercised every day except for 1 day. I feel real good!
i have lost 4.2 lbs and fit better in my clothes. I have to say it was not easy. yesterday my whole family was over and we had food catered by Chachos (very good mexican restaurant here). I had to refuse to eat and stay in my room. I knew from past times we have done that.. that there is just way too much food. I feel bad for shutting myself out but I had to.
well i hope you all have a binge free weekend!!! so far mine has been. best wishes everyone

4 days down

I've been undereating but its because i'm on FatSmashers and there are limits onto how much you can eat.

HI everybody!

I am doing quite well at the moment- not so healthy meals, but no overatig, and thatīs great for me. Weekends are always difficult for me!

Bikini Dreader: Thanks!
And congrats on being satisfied with ONE treat!

sunnystorm: Congrats to your weight loss!!
I donīt want to judgig or say something unfriendly, but wouldnīt it be nice from your family if they would be considerate of you and wouldnīt buy o much food? This way you wouldnīt have to hide yourself in your room...

I hope everybody is having a nice day with some amount of binge free time!

Bad new to report. I binged last night or overate for sure. I was dissapointed in myself but I think I didnt eat enough during the day and I was home alone for hours and bored. It's no excuse but today is a new day and I'm not having any treats at all to make up for it.

Kate, don't worry about offending me. actually my family does not know about any of my problems. as far as their concerned, I'm perfectly "normal" when it comes to food. I have never confessed about my binging and other disorders, and I am very good at hiding it. so it's not like they were being inconsiderate or unsupportive of me, they just don't know. Basically they just asked me if I'd like to pitch in for the food and I said "no thanks, I already ate."
