I'm headed back to Curves today finally!!!!!!!!!! I did get in some exercise over the weekend. I painted my bathroom and living room. I know that is not "normal" exercise, but it sure was a workout. AND I love the new paint colors.

But today is back to Curves at least 4 times a week....5 if I know whats good for me. I have to get at least 30 more pounds off in 3 months!!!

to everyone for doing such a great job exercising.

I am new around here too. I love reading what everyone posts!!
I am doing two miles three days a week which is not to much compared to some of you but it is a start I think I can feel challenged by but still drag myself out to do.
It's funny, I don't want to do it but after about ten min. at it I think...this is good! Then of course about the last 5 mins I think...legs, we are going to make it right???
Love ya sistas!!!

Just wanted to report that I have been EXTREMELY tired the past few days. Even so much that I contemplated NOT going to Curves today, but I did. AND ..... I feel so much better. After I left I felt like I had taken a 4 hour nap. The exercise got my adrenaline flowing and it felt great.

I've been doing the exercise, but since this became a sticky, I keep forgetting about it.

70 minutes treadmill

30 minutes weight lifting

Mowed my entire yard...which would be about an 80 minutes worth of mowing. Loaded and unloaded 10 2 x 4's out of my car from Lowes. AND just got back from Curves.

Well, I'm a newbie, but I suppose I'll join in!

Yesterday (4/19) I went for a walk with my family andc played with my dd at the playground (about a 1/2 hour), then I went and took a weight lifting class at my local gym (1 hour).

Today (4/20) I took a cardio kickboxing class for an hour, and almost died, lol! I can't believe how out of shape I have gotten...I used to take this class 4-5 times a week!!! Nonetheless, I've been sitting in the same spot since I got home cause I DON'T WANNA MOVE!!!! YIKES!

So, that's my exercise so far.

Kam
