Susan....I managed 15 min today

Only because I forced myself to slow down, and imagined pushing my legs thru water. It worked

I still think its just evil
so...15 min elliptical, 20 min treadmill....I was soaking wet when I was done. Treadmill 3.4mph and a 7 incline with 10 incline in 3 min increments
Upper body workout
and 15 min of the ab class....couldnt go the whole 30min.
Almost forgot, went for a 45 min walk this morning to soak up the sunshine
