Question Supplements?????

What supplements do you all take? I have taken the same ones for almost 3 years and am just wondering if I am still about in line with what I should be taking??? Any input would be appreciated.

I recently had my labwork done and everything looked awesome so I guess it's working well!

I take a multi for women over 40. Along with that I take Co Q 10, B complex on days I "forget" to take my multi. A fruitfuls antioxidant and a fibermucil from Andrew Lessman on HSN.
The multi is from QVC, search Dr. Taub..all others are from HSN-Lessman.
I used to take a drug store vitamin but all ir really did was color my toilet water. I then tried and loved Solgar 2000...but stumbled upon the above mentioned two and love the quality.

I just started Atkins so I was trying to think of what all suppliments I needed to take...I'm already taking Weight Smart 1 a day vitamins for women, and I think I'm going to pick up a suppliment with fiber to go along with that as well.

I have a bottle of Potsassium ready for any leg cramps and some Magnesium as well (both are cheap and much needed of you are dropping lots of weight, especially fluid they are needed to regulate the muscle contractions and can if gets low cause heart palpitations, leg cramps and weakness) but aside from that I take a pack of multi vits for weight loss, packed with tons of stuff. I eat fish daily so I do not take any omega 3 but probably should, (flax oil caps)

I've heard of the Omega 3 but don't remember what the reason for it. Is it like Fish oil tablets? If so, I've got tons of those I give to my dog (for her coat)

I just take a normal multi vitamin.
