Well after my whoosh today, I have only 3 more pounds to lose to meet my St Patrick's day challenge! I sure hope my scale isn't broken or something weird. It just seems like such a fluke to have it surprise me like that.

Default hello!

hey everyone....today was great. I worked out this morning and had my heart rate going! I went to a funeral...a man from my church passed away on monday. It's sad to know he's gone But I'm happy because I know he had Jesus in his heart He was a real gentle soul. Gonna miss him tremendously. I cried soo much when the military guy played the bugle(dunno what that song is called) I'm glad he;s resting now, no more sickness or pain. So, anyway, went to the funaral and afterward they had a potluck...I made lasanga(sp?) I am getting so good at resisting temptation. *yay* and I am also getting really good at making alternative choices with food. Especially when I want someting sweet. I have a few fav recipes Here's what I ate today~
B: eggs & spam
L: huge salad w/ ham and chicken
D: fauxato salad with spam & melted cheese
S: chocolate candy(wafers~kinda like kit-kat~I didnt make these:P)

So there ya have it.....oh ya! My scale is reading 146*Yaaahooo* Take care and God bless you all!~~Becca

Hey everyone I hit my St patty's day goal so I added 3 more lbs to lose to it.
today
slept through breakfast it was great I never get enough sleep
lunch low carb PB&j and coffee
dinner will be grilled chicken with ponchos cheese dip poured over it and diced tomato and some broccoli

Yup, I still stink at challenges. I've got 5 pounds to go to hit this weight. And not a lot of time to do it. I'd be happy to lose 2 pounds by then. But I've gotten serious (I know, ABOUT DANG TIME!) so we'll see what happens!

1) What is your goal for March 17th? (31 days from now)

well I've only lost 3 pounds and that's pathetic. I've always lost at least 10 lbs a month and this month I've just sucked at it all. I've been back on the wagon for a few days though so I'll be ready for whatever challenge that someone else starts LOL

Hmmm. Well, I'm doing better on this challenge than I did on the Valentine Vixen Challenge. I lost 11.5 pounds of a 24 pound goal on that. I don't think I'm going to meet this goal - but I'm gonna be close!

I don't know what our next one should be, Sherry, but I know that I really LOVE these. Even if we don't completely meet our goals, I know that EVERYONE who sticks with the challenge thread ALWAYS loses something!! Is fourth of July too far away? Or what about a 'Be a little mama on mamas day' challenge LOL
any ideas??

I ate some high carb meatballs today, I hope hope hope they didn't stall me...I REEEAALLYYY want the scale to say 177 tomorrow!!!

I have been a bad bad girl. I havent posted in awhile...too ashamed I guess. I ate a corn dog and a burrito yesterday. And that's 2 cheat days this week! I dunno if it's because of my TOM or what....I have had this rebellious attitude all day. I feel like eating something not low carb and it's driving me nuts! Everything low carb is totally unappealing to me right now. I weighed 149 this morning but I dunno if I'm just retaining water-I hope! I am not gonna make this goal. I dont have the drive. I am really gonna try my hardest to shake this bad attitude of mine.

Great Job you ALL!!!! I look forward to attempting the next challenge

Becca: someone in here recommended upping the protein before TOM to help with cravings, or try a taco salad, see if that helps
