So far:

I've had:
tuna w/mayo and some pork rinds (then ate about half of it)
tried some of the Atkins orange breakfast drink (no net carbs) I wasn't really thrilled about it
Then a nibble of a 2 gram Atkins bar
lot's of seltzer water
1/4 cup of my coffee with 1gram creamer (tossed it out again) I guess I just need a taste of it (old habits die hard)

got a new scale so my beginning weight changed again....or I lost 10lbs driving from my moms house where I had been weighing to my house .(haha if only) So now I don't mind adding in the first 10 lbs lost cause it still put me at less than I thought I weighed....Anyway
last night for dinner I had 2 pieces of lean steak with steak sauce, broccoli in butter ( just a tad) and water. my DH who is trying to do low cal/low fat had yogurt. then after he broke down an hour later he had some very fatning pasta salad with imitation crab meat in it. I so like this diet I am never starving except when I wake up in the morning but that is to be expected....

Today
b- protein shake
l- chilis cheese steak sandwich made with turkey and no bun and broccoli and diet coke
don't know dinner yet but either chicken or steak....

Just checking in.

So far just coffee w/1 gram creamer
not sure what I want for lunch and dinner

I've been bad with not working out. But I did paint my daughters room pink last night. I'm sure I burned some stored fat.

TOM here, too....as of yesterday. Gained the three pounds back that I lost during the past week. Took some Midol, hoping that reduces the water weight. Have remained on program food-wise. Kind of discouraging that one week a month there's no progress or even negative progress. It's my weekly weigh-in at the Y and I'm SO tempted to skip it this week because I know I will weight the same as last week or maybe be up a pound.....*sigh*

KimK~ before starting atkins I would have never said "cant wait" in reference to a steak so go for it I have a new appreciation for a big juicy steak with fried mushrooms

Back on track today...took the weekend off from food and exercise. So, Im back op, and workout is done!

Today's food

Breaky~ protein/fibre shake
Lunch~ 1/2 can tuna w/mayo and 8 cherry tomatoes
Supper~ chicken stir fry (without the rice) broccoli and bean sprouts maybe a few sesame seeds tossed in. I have to check the carb count first.

Snacks~ boiled eggs

Well, after 3 perfect weeks, strict induction, exercise EVERY day,and 18 pounds lost, yesterday i took the day off.No exercise, and ate what i wanted.I didnt really go overboard, but i am up 1.5 pounds today. In the past,a cheat day would lead to more of the same, but not this time around.Tody im back on track, plenty of water, and back to the gym.

Hope you all did better than I yesterday, but im not beating mysef over it,in fact i think once a month i will give myself a day off, somehtign to look forward to,as long sa i can get right back on with no problems, today will tell, lol!~KIM
