I miss my gym! It's been 3 days now and I need to get back on the treadmill. But my head is so clogged up and my sinuses hurt so bad that it makes me dizzy to move. So it's the couch instead -- but no potatoes!

Got my LBWO done and 35 min on the treadmill (only 2 miles, but i burned 300 calories)
I love it!
Those shorts are scarin' me Lacey!! I want sooooooooo badly for all this insulation to be gone!!

Monday....new week, new start. 100% onplan and Im
going to get this weight
off !!
Did 40 min on treadmill ...highest intensity was 9.5 incline at 3.6mph
UBWO, I have squishy soggy arms now
so I know it was a good workout.

I got in 30 minutes at 2.4 mph on the treadmill with no incline and thought I would just die. Guess I'm not over this cold enough quite yet. Taking it easy this week.

Just Cardio today....40 min on the treadmill, burned up 411 calories!!
Made me give out a noise I guess when I realized I made it over 400.....because a few ladies looked over at me

Lower body workout and abs done too.

Robin - I haven't been -- I've had a terrible chest cold. I'm going back down to the gym in 15 minutes and I'm planning on an hour on the treadmill and maybe some weights tonight.
