Congratulations to all.
Hi Turtle, I'm still here and working on this goal. I think it's great you've lost a couple of pounds. :clap:
I've lost one just one pound.
Until this past Valentine's Day goal, I have never met a diet goal because I never know what to make it or get stressed about it.

So maybe it's me dumbing down to my dieting failures, but I've had to change my way of thinking.

Now for the first time I've just gone for it and set these small goals and worked towards them. So not to not put pressure on myself, I feel whatever I lose on this goal is good even if it's half of it or a few pounds. I wonder if I'm fooliing myself and confused on what a goal is.

But at this point, as long as I go down, I'll be happy. After regaining so much back, I can't go that way again. This next goal is keeping me in the right direction, that's for sure.
