I discovered that I read the eliptical wrong the first time, so -5 from my total. BUT I did 2 miles on the eliptical yesterday, plus a 1 mile walk so it's only -2.

Wooohoo you guys are all doing great! Look at you go Brenda, now you can't say anything about not making that 5 miles a week!
My miles are getting there, Just haven't added em yet. Gotta check the log at home.

It might count as more, but I'm only taking 2 for the bowling last night. It lasted 2 1/2 hours but I didn't bowl constant. But I think enough for 2 mile count

I'm in! I did start back running in December. For me the exercise hasn't seemed to be an issue it's the eating I need to work on worse. But to stay accountable and help with the trek I'll log miles!!!

Brenda: I'd say any type of exercise counts -- including the warmup and cooldown.
