Hi Dawn. Hope you have a great morning!!

Well, it's back to being OP for me. DH asked "why are you going back on if it's only for 3 days." Told him cuz I HAD to. Yup, scale is back up, but partly cuz of TOM and mostly cuz of what I've been eating. Realistic to the core. It sucks It seems my days of "allowing" myself to cheat has turned into a pig fest. Where I try and stuff as much junk foods into my mouth ASAP and then live w/the stomach aches after. You'd think I'd learn!! Definitey TOTAL restart 1/1!!!! I'll have to drag my book out and re-read it again to refresh myself on how it's supposed to be done. Get rid of my soda for one. That might be some of the problem I've been having. That and I need to exercise. I know, I know. Necessary evil

Brenda: Good for you! Stay OP as many days as you can and it will make a difference.

Good Morning.

I am so glad this is a short week. I am looking forward to the long weekend.

Dawn, way to go on almost finishing the first week of induction.

Brenda, reading the book again definitely would sets you on the right path.

Jane, sorry that your stomach is upset, hope that you feel better real soon.

Well I am right at my lowest weight so far again and I made a pack with myself this morning when I saw the scale number. “I am not going to gain weight during the holiday season.” I want to beat the myth that one gains on average 7 pounds from Thanksgiving to New Year. Actually deep down I am hoping to be at goal by the end of the year. I am only 5 pounds away from it and it would be so great to enter the New Year having accomplished almost all of my 2004 New Year’s resolution.

I made three dishes this past weekend and all came out great. I made two casseroles: cauliflower and green beans plus cranberry-orange relish. I am going to my boyfriend’s family for Thanksgiving but we decided to have our own Thanksgiving feast with few of our friends on Saturday. He is going to be in charge of turkey and I am in charge of veggies and desserts.

Have a great day every one.

Good Morning,
I too am going back on to Induction.
I havent gone up but cant get this scale to budge.
I think I got carried away with George Stella's recipe for
brazilnuts and walnuts with cinnamon.
Sooooooo good but need to really have the will power to put it away.
Brenda are you going back on induction?
I also really need to drink more water
It seems Ive been realy slacking since this summer when I got back from my cruise.
Its funny because I was actually really OP during the cruise with so many food choices available .
Well hope everyone is having a great day.

Thumbs up

Hello Ladies !!

Brenda way to go back OP. I understand wanting to stuff your face. I to am a binge eater & when I use to have junk in the house I would obsess about it until I had eaten one or a part of every junk thing in the house. I am also weak for peanut butter sandwiches. But everything comes with a loss right ?

Jane nurse yourself back to being well girl.

Rachel way to go with the dishes ! Only 5 pounds left to go ? That is totally AWESOME!!

Hello Miss Leenie

Brenda, going back OP is a good thing. We all fall off the wagon. The important thing is that we get back on.
