Branda, there should be a law on how fast weight can be put on

I have been having a really hard time staying OP on atkins. So I've tweeked it a bit. I'm eating all the veggies I want, I'm eating some fruits but I am staying away from potato's rice noodles, bread,..etc. I'm hoping to keep my calories down to 1200 - 1400 and carbs under 100. Even on atkins 100% I have to watch calories, bottom line for me. Sooo I will see at the end of next week if this way is better, if not then I'll try again to go on induction. Good luck on Induction for you !!! you can do it.
