Good morning, Leenie! I'm so excited for you! Writing a contract is a great idea!

It's so confusing being one of the first posters here. Where are all you people????

This is my last day for the week. Wa-hoooooooooo! I'm going to try to leave after a mere 10 hours today so I can drop off the pups at my mom's, pick up tent & cooler, get groceries, go home and pack and hopefully still have time to sit down with a beer before passing out

I'm coming into the office on Sunday to do some work because I'm only working through Wednesday next week. Then it's off to Wyoming for the weekend! It's DH's b-day next Saturday so I'm flying us out to see his mom. They're really close and he hasn't seen her since our wedding 3 years ago. It should be fun!

Lekker - It was so good to see you back! Seems we've lost some people lately. Jina, Shimma, Spedmom, TG...........where are all of you???

Good Morning!

Leenie - I couldn't stick to a contract! Good for you>

Star - Where in Wyoming are you going? Short day huh?

Well, my last day for 11 days! Yeah! I relly need some time off and am looking forward to it. Danny isn't taking acation yet so it'll mainly just be me hanging out at home and taking care of somethings on the property and hopefully, getting into an exercise routine. I hope anyways.

Have a good day everyone. I'm leaving early today also just to have my nails done and simply because I can!

Good Morning Everyone!

Lennie: That's a great idea signing a contract. I know you will do great!

Star: I am usually here early, but it's my day off and I just crawled out of bed I dont' remember the last time I slept til almost 11am! Hope you have fun on your camping trip! Guess a lot of people are on vacation this week. Maybe they will be back soon. I sure hope so....I miss them too!!

Morti: 11 days off sounds great! I love those vacations where really nothing is planned! Hope you have a great time!

Well, guess I better get my butt in gear and get some laundry and housework done today. Not really anything planned today except cleaning! Wish I could have a day off where I just relaxed and did nothing, but if I did that, I would have no clean clothes for work tomorrow! Heading out tonight with best friend for dinner! Hope everyone has a great day, and I will check back in later today!

Lisa

Good morning! Finally, after weeks and weeks, I made it out of bed this morning for a run. I only made it two miles, but still, exercise is exercise. Jeez I hope I'm out of the no exercise slump I was in! I've definitely done better this week - 2-1/2 hours of tennis and a 2 mile run. Not too bad!

Kinda light around here this morning... Glad everyone is doing well!

Yeah, where is everyone lately?

Leenie - good idea on the contract! Maybe I should make one for myself as well.

Star - lots of holidays coming up for you ... short work weeks are the best! Have fun this weekend camping.

And vacation for morti, too. I'm getting jealous, I can't wait until late August when I start to grab some vacation time.

MrsH - oh how I wish I was in bed. I was up most of the night trying to finish something (which of course, I didn't finish, so it was in vain). I know that later this afternoon I'm probably going to collapse!

Love - 2 miles is 2 miles! It's a lot farther than I can run.

So, yeah I'm really tired right now, and I'm working at home, though I've got to go into school for a seminar in an hour and hand some stuff in to my supervisor. Tomorrow I have a potluck to attend and I'm not sure what I will make. I'm really not a cook and I really don't feel like cooking, so I've got to rack my brain and see if I can up with something relatively painless to make for tomorrow. And that's about it...

Talk to you all later!

Hi everyone.....still on vacation but thought I would stop by to say hi.

We didn't go away as planned....just hanging out around the house. We did go the Glouchester on Tuesday which was nice...cloudy, but we still got to be near the water. DH is doing stuff around the house today and I am going shopping!

I haven't gained any weight while on vacation PHEW! I have been doing my walks which I am sure is helping.

Star: have a great time camping

Hope everyone is doing well. I will see you next week.

K - I hear you on the exercise slump. I was in a bad one and am just beginning to pull myself out of it. The problem is I pull myself out of it for 5 - 7 days then I hit another one. Perhaps we need to think up some kind of other challenge for exercising? Or maybe we just need to start a daily exercise log similiar to the food log? Something!!!

Good morning everyone!

Star - we are going camping this weekend too. Heading out tonight, not too far though, because I still have to work tomorrow. Then its clean (smoky) air all weekend.

Lori: Have fun camping!

Jane: Enjoy your vacation Glad you didn't gain weight

Lekker: Why not put some veggies or fruit together??

Love: Congrats on the 2 mile run. I wish I could run at least a mile!!!!

Lisa: I would like to know what it's like to be doing stuff constantly on my days off I'm a lazy slug.

Morti: have fun staying home

Star: Enjoy camping. Let us know how your DH likes it

Leenie: Congrats on starting induction! A contract huh? I don't know if even that would keep me on the LC path.

Well, another day and the scale hasn't gone down. In fact, I might have to adjust it UP again. I don't understand this. I've actually been GOOD. So why hasn't the scale gone down? Getting very discouraged!!
(on the up side, went and bought a cable modem from the computer store, came home, started to open the box, looked at the current modem and we're back in business. So no need for the new modem!!).
I need a pep talk. What am I doing wrong??

Lori - Yeah, a daily or weekly exercise log might help. I definitely need something. Hard to get motivated all by yourself, and at @ 5am.

Wanna try one next week?
