Actually, I'm pretty sure that my old scale was consistently 5-6 pounds lighter. It was always 6 pounds lighter than my OB's scale, 7 pounds lighter thank my family physician scale and 5 pounds lighter than the YMCA scale. That is why I was thinking about changing everything (sw/cw/gw) by at least 5 pounds.
BUt I've thought about it overnight and just decided...I'm stressing about it entirely too much

I'm just going to adjust my weight to todays and go with it!!
