New to 3FC
Hello!
My name is Mary, and I have just joined 3FC! I am a low carber and just started real Atkins at the beginning of this month. I had three great weeks on it and then have been struggling for the past week and a half. I am in the midst of a clean day, however, and plan to make this the first of many!
I am in the OWL stage and am at 35 grams of carbs per day right now. I know from experience that I can lose (albeit slowly) on up to 70 grams of carbs per day. However, I am planning to work up to that slowly. I have about 46 more pounds to lose to get my 5'7" body down to 158 pounds.
