First of all - try to drink STRAIGHT, PLAIN water - need to get used to is, with no added sugars/flavors (okay maybe a slice of lemon

)
Other things to avoid are processed/prepared foods at least for a while.
Not sure if peanut butter is on the induction menu? (don't think it is??) and while sugar free is best try to avoid those HORRIBLE TRANS FATS - which are lurking under the name "non-hydrogenated" fats, etc. These are very bad for you and you are better off eating "natural" peanut butter (just peanuts in other words).
