I've made my whole eating process into a snack, I think. Some cheese here, a salad there, maybe some cucumber slices, bacon

The key is staying away from processed and "specialty" foods as much as possible. They're no good for ya!

You can check our food log for ideas of what some of us are eating. Note: not all of us are still on induction, so it may not all be stuff you can have yet.

I've been watching your food log Star...and you don't really have meals do you. Just snacks here and there. How do you know when to snack?

I just try to eat something every 2-3 hours. The reason I really like eating this way more than meals is that I don't get hungry and over eat or make bad food choices (like, I'm starving - I'm going to Mcdonalds!)

Pepperoni, deviled eggs, pork rinds, cheese, wings, there are so many things on the market now, just watch those sugar alcohols.

What exactly are sugar alcohols? Never heard the term before the last month or so?

A friend of mine on Atkins gave me the tip of putting pepperoni slices on a paper towel and nuking them for about 30 seconds. They are crispy and spicy, and have been getting me through this! That and celery with cream cheese.

Morti, there's a section on the frequently asked question thread about sugar alcohols, they are not a good thing thats for sure.
