Star: Oh! The drama! The stealing food and toe licking got me! I've never had to deal with anything like that before, but I'd handle it exactly how you are. My charms haven't worked on the same sex yet -- you are quite talented!

Yay, Abbie's back! You survived Vegas, huh? Any of those "what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas" moments?

Stupid typos! She grabbed my foot - not my food.

I seem to attract the same sex more often than the opposite one.

Why is it the "old" farts are the ones that say hi to me now? How come no young (sexy/muscular) studs do???

I'm with you Brenda. Lately, I've attracted the interest of guys that are 35 years+ ... strange. Not that it's too terribly old for me, but it still seems old (OK. That didn't make sense.)

glad this day is almost over. Boy it is tough getting back on the wagon this week. Need to concentrate on more water tomorrow.....maybe that will keep me busy.

Managed to get my resume onto one page and I am going to send it to that company tonight with a cover letter.....which I HATE writing.

Glad to see everyone back this week.

I will be on the computer at home tonight sending out the resume so maybe I will check in one last time later. Unless that STUPID DIAL UP CONNECTION THAT WE HAVE IS SLOWER THAN USUAL!!!!!!! Why can't I talk my husband into high speed? Why?

Psst.....Jane

A resume doesn't have to fit on one page. I got 6 months of free professional training on resumes, negotiations and such when I lost my job a couple of years ago. I know lots of tricks if you're ever interested.

jd: Um....Should I mention I'M over 35??

Jane: Do what I did, check out the price of high speed, figure what you spend on your current and figure a way to make the high speed look like a better deal

Star:

Ugh!! It's Tuesday, which means I've got my hunters safety test tonight. Time to flunk!

I wish they offered high speed in my area. Only thing I can get is dial-up.... you'd think I lived in the boonies, right? Nope, right in rockford.... but my apt complex has their own dish for cable so we can't get cable modem. Ugh. Otherwise we wouldn't have a phone line at all... my sis and I both have a cell phone and no one calls on our home line... well... that we want to talk to anyway

I highly doubt I could go from my cable internet back to dial up. I used to cringe every time I had to fix my sisters computer because it took me forever to download needed programs!! Was much easier for me to download them onto my computer, burn them to CD and bring them over to her house. Dial up has to start shaping up cuz they're losing out in my neck of the woods. I'm paying less for cable internet than I did for dial up!

OMG gals, you can not get better than High speed internet (and I am not just saying that cause I work for Comcast!) downloads at 3 megs per second and 256k upload!! (the numbers are 100 times faster than dial up and 3-6 times faster than DSL) When you look at the price of dial up and phone line etc it usually works out just the same price wise, plus if you have cable TV usually there is a discount monthly for the HSI service, and call your local cable company and ask them what kind of promo's they are running you can usually get in on a promo cheap! It is soooooooo worth it!!
BTW I get my hsi and cable tv installed tomorrow!! Since I finally hit my 90 days! Yippeeeeeee

Urgh today the induction finally caught me, I am craving sugar and I have the headache and feel all groggy and cranky, lets hope it goes away soon, I can live through it, last time it only lasted 2-3 days.

Love a sleepy TG. (yawn)
