Today for breakfast/lunch I had a taco salad without the shell
then I just finished a low carb atkins salad from subway
that is all I have eaten it is now 6:00 I am wondering if I have used up all my carbs for the day?
the subway salad had 9 with sauce.


Thats how a lot of us keep track of things. I know the subway salads are Atkins but the tiny print states they are not recommended for Induction, but only because anything over 5 grams isn't recommended for Induction. Hope that helped.
