I have been wondering what the Atkins program says about hot sauces. I don't recall reading anything about them.
I smother my scrambled eggs with the XXXhot Habanero
sauce from Belize and use the Habanero with lots of foods. I also Love
the wonderful Hot Chineese mustard. At Mexican resturants around here in San Antonio they don't usually have the Habanero but I can top foods with fresh Jalapenos.
Do ya'll think this will hinder weight loss?
