    Hiya Ladies....I am kinda new here. New to posting, but have been lurking here for a few months. My name is Lisa, and I started Atkins this time on January 5, 2004 and so far I have had great success My husband started it 3 weeks ago, and he is doing great! You ladies have already been a great help to me just be reading the great information that you all have to share. I hope to be able to get to know each and everyone of you!

    Just thought I would introduce myself and say hi to all you nice ladies
