salt and vinegar pork rinds are fabulous. The only place I find BBQ ones is at gas stations. The cinnamon/splenda pork rinds sound like those cinnamon twists from taco bell. YUM. I have NEVER seen them though.
Ok, I'm gonna try this once again. However, last time I posted in here I started a bacon controversy and ran away!!!!
L - 2 Tbs. Carb solutions peanut butter - 3 (this stuff is great and sweetented with Splenda)
D - spinach, ham, cream cheese, crab apps - 4 (modified from recipe seen here)
bacon cheeseburger wannabe quiche - 3 (again modified for the ingredience I had)
key lime wannabe cheese cake stuff - 3 (ditto)
BTW, thanks to the recipes I found here, Dinner was FABULOUS! Even though I had to modify them a bit and estimate carbs.
Today so far:
B - key lime wannabe cheese cake stuff - 3
L - bc quiche - 3
the rest of the cheese cake - 2
Plan for dinner - bc quiche
whole cucumber cut up w/salt and pepper
Star - Thank you...I did forget about the carbs in the coffee! And the caramel nut chew, I'm still contemplating whether or not I should count that as a cheat
I am determined to do better!!!
Today
Breakfast:
sausage patty
1/2 cup decaf coffee (no cream or sweetener!)
Didn't know coffee has carbs....hmmm, that may have caused my stall on the days I was near the 20 grams
Thursday:
B-coffee w/cream - 2 (I've been counting this as 1!)
BC quiche - 3 (that's the end of it, will have to make another tonight diff flavor, yum!)
Lunch - skipped, we were snowed in in Atlanta and I didn't plan.
Dinner Plans - I'll make another quiche (am i spelling that right? lol)
Snack - I'm starving, I'll have to eat some LC Peanut Butter in the car on the way home. I'm sure that will be a sight for the Atlantans sludging through our less than 1 inch BLIZZARD lol
