Finally! A progress pic! The recent photo was taken this weekend. The "before" photo was taken at 215 pounds, my heaviest.

Hello all I figured I would post an update photo to date I have lost 265 pounds Im down to 325 im pushing by spring to be under 300 I havent been under 300 since like the 80s lol.
