Arms are the worst. But! Wow! What results! This is a great way of eating. I'm relaxing my diet this weekend, but I'll be back for next month. Just not quite as strict.

I know! We did great!

You lost 12 pounds, too. That is so awesome! I'm glad I found the primal website. It has really helped me stay focused. I'm also very happy with losing a pound a week. When I see it this way, I can tell I am still losing. I was getting discouraged because it seemed to be coming off so slowly, but now I know that it's still working. Thanks for the inspiring me!
