I made some Christmas cookies [Cinn. Stars]from the food network. The main ingredients are ground almonds and confectioners sugar. Going to look in the Linda's web site for others.
DIVA-sorry for all the difficulty your having at the holiday festivities. I've gone up 3 lbs last week from having too much sodium and than I lost it. Can't seem to move that ticker downward. Be careful not to overindulge,you don't want to feel sorry later.Tonight I'm going to watch the Biggest Loser. Hope the blue team does lose today.or they gone.
AUD-Can't believe the regulars are not posting. I guess they're busy shopping. I'm going out tomorrow and see what goodies I can get for the family.Don't like to shop in crowds. I might just go locally.

We're suppose to get 4-8 " of snow sometime this afternoon on the Cape. Now I have to play it by ear if we are going to preform our Christmas Show for the nursing home.That 2 things I don't drive at night[glaring lights] or snow/ice storms.

Not doing good in the challenge,I think I'm adding back too many carb,now that I'm counting calories instead of grain carbs.
Haven't touch any cookies that I baked,saving them for my DD & the DGC,but the scale still isn't showing a lose.
Laura-I heard about all the people being stuck on the highways,because of the grid-lock. I think I heard that they let all the people leave at once instead of staggering the time. Sorry that you got caught in that mess. I was OK the singers director called and told us she called the nursing home to tell them that we will sing for them another time.
Going to get another storm on Sunday,don't know if its rain or snow accompanied with a no'easter.

Well..I went to a holiday party yesterday and I tried to remember everything I ate. It was a surprise party and I helped run it, so I just picked on a few things during the afternoon:

And managed to make it to the gym this morning, despite the storm!
Too Cold to go outside, the wind is bringing the chill factor to 0%.Hope it gets warmer tomorrow as I have still little thing to do. On Wed I'm going to get my hair trimmed and styled.

AUD-Wow you had a tough day,send ing [[[[calming vibes]]]] your way. I like to keep my menus that way,even if I have more carbs than I supposed to,don't want feel deprived around the holidays.
LAURA-You did great going to the gym,after a holiday party. I wasn't going to exercise yesterday but I found that they have a exercising channel on my demand carrier and go 30 mins of stepping & jogging done.
