Good morning, heat wave here in northern NY. It's 14 degrees, yesterday was below zero.
B same as yesterday (which I forgot to post) L & F yogurt
L big salad w grilled chicken and a little feta, also a couple pieces on Chicken in Marsala sauce (maybe a 1/4 c) today same without the Marsala
D last night was grilled sausage (local butcher makes one w peppers and onions mixed in, it's yummy) and broccoli au gratin from Linda's recipes. I did not have enough broccoli so mixed in asparagus with the broc, was good too)
Tonight is DH Christmas party so not sure, likely a piece of chicken and some raw veggies w dip, it's a buffet, usually most of it is too high carb) I can't eat it even for 1 night, if I do I fall off the wagon for at least a week and crave carbs.





I am up a pound which serves me right. Back on plan today.
I've actually gain 3.6 lbs in this last 2 weeks, so what does that tell ya? I guess I'll just wait for TBL challeng in January and enjoy myself for once. I am tired of stressing this, counting every calorie and carb, only to be disappointed in myself or feeling deprived because I couldn't partake in whatever everyone around me did, because I have found that that just leeds me to a major binge. Sigh....
