I got my Sugar Free Sheila cook books in and decided to try an induction-friendly recipe for breakfast (it was a really late breakfast--was up all night reading the new
Harry Potter book
). They're "pancakes"! 2 eggs, 4 oz cream cheese, cinnamon and some Da Vinci sugar-free syrup--pan-cooked and eaten with butter on top. Not bad! They were kinda like crepes. I think I'll keep it to an occasional treat, though--even if the carbs are only 6 net for the whole recipe
