Flax pancakes, sliced ham sausage.

I love the chocolate syrope, (walden farms) in iced coffee or mixed with plain yogurt. I don't notice any aftertast, but you might if you eat it plain.

I've completed 4 weeks of induction so far and going to keep in it for awhile longer. It's nice to see that scale move. Plus I really enjoy the foods I"m eating with only 20 or so carbs....i don't really count so I"m assuming I'm doing no more than 20. 15 some days, 25 other days.

I'm skipping breakfast today - not sure what's going on but have really lost my appetite? I ate ever 4 hours yesterday by just picking at what I'd packed for lunch - feel great - just not hungry. Normally I'd force myself to eat - but think I'll wait til after w/i and then grab one of my Blue Bunny Sweet Freedom Yogurts when I get to work.

I got my Sugar Free Sheila cook books in and decided to try an induction-friendly recipe for breakfast (it was a really late breakfast--was up all night reading the new Harry Potter book ). They're "pancakes"! 2 eggs, 4 oz cream cheese, cinnamon and some Da Vinci sugar-free syrup--pan-cooked and eaten with butter on top. Not bad! They were kinda like crepes. I think I'll keep it to an occasional treat, though--even if the carbs are only 6 net for the whole recipe

I just bought the stuff to make those pancakes except I couldn't find the syrup. But THEN, I realized they aren't induction friendly....can you have the SF syrup during induction?
